Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (KY, OH, IN)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll data integrity
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, KY state labor laws, and ACA compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with payroll discrepancies
