Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies in employee records
- Support year-end processes including W-2 generation and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Implement payroll system enhancements and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Missouri payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion
