Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions for taxes, benefits, and wage garnishments
- Manage time and attendance data integration with Kronos system
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Assist with year-end processing including W-2 distribution and 1099 preparation
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and HR stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll software
- Strong understanding of FLSA, IRS, and Nevada labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality standards
