Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations during night shift
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with day-time teams on cross-functional financial projects
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proven night shift or flexible scheduling adaptability
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) a significant plus
