Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Lead cross-departmental financial audits and documentation
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Support international subsidiary financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Night shift availability with proven adaptability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
