Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation AI architectures that leverage quantum computing principles and neuromorphic hardware.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models focused on sustainability and ethical automation.
- Translate complex theoretical research into production-ready, high-performance software systems.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps for AI evolution, ensuring security and scalability in a decentralized future.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and deep learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and emerging frameworks like JAX or Cirq.
- Experience with edge computing, federated learning, or quantum algorithms is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation in large models.
