Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, validation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and roadmap for the 2026 transition.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency for high-volume data streams.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in the AI space to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with strong experience in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
