Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design, implement, and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and models that can handle high-volume data streams with zero downtime.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (LLMs, Transformers) for specific enterprise use cases to ensure maximum accuracy and minimal latency.
- Production Engineering: Collaborate closely with MLOps teams to integrate models into production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching cutting-edge algorithms and evaluating new technologies to keep our tech stack competitive.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
