Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize algorithms for high performance, low latency, and scalability on distributed systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in MLOps and data engineering.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI and implement cutting-edge techniques into our workflow.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
