Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures for production environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Contribute to the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring our AI capabilities are future-proof.
- Data Pipeline Optimization: Build robust data pipelines and ETL processes to handle high-velocity data streams efficiently.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous metrics for model performance, bias detection, and A/B testing to ensure reliability.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Infrastructure: Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering high-impact projects on time.
