Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices for the 2026 core engine, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead technical strategy and mentorship for a team of 5+ senior engineers and data scientists.
- Design robust data pipelines to process real-time neural feedback loops.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and drive best practices in cloud-native development.
- Collaborate with product owners to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Ensure system security and compliance with federal data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
