Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision Initiative, aligning with executive strategic goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and data scientists in the design and implementation of scalable systems.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Computing protocols.
- Ensure architectural integrity, security, and performance standards across all product lifecycles.
- Act as the primary technical stakeholder for high-level client negotiations and solution design.
- Drive innovation through rigorous research and development, identifying new market opportunities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Proven experience with AI/ML infrastructure and large-scale data processing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and future application in commercial sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and leading distributed teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
