Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic Roadmap for 2026, identifying key technological trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of advanced AI, machine learning, and spatial computing solutions.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to prototype and validate high-impact innovations before scaling them.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish architectural standards that ensure system resilience, security, and scalability for the next generation of users.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, product engineering, or innovation strategy.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Edge Computing.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of system design principles and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define a clear vision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
