Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale generative models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) for enterprise applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tuning strategies to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Ensure model scalability, latency optimization, and cost-efficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and evaluation of model performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our production systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with specific focus on deep learning and NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience working with transformer architectures and LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and data engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
