Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune cutting-edge Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models, to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced inference optimization techniques to ensure low-latency, high-throughput AI deployments at scale.
- System Architecture: Design robust MLOps pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) to streamline the model lifecycle from experimentation to production.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI safety, fairness, and bias mitigation in all generated outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user interfaces and actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research, with a proven track record of deploying successful models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of NLP and transformer architectures.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
