Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines designed for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Optimize model inference performance using advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Lead the integration of autonomous AI agents into complex, multi-step enterprise workflows.
- Conduct rigorous research on cutting-edge architectures such as Mixture of Experts (MoE) and RAG.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and bias mitigation in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate technical capabilities into market-ready features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and the Hugging Face Transformers ecosystem.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) for specific domain tasks.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
