Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Lead the architecture of proprietary models, ensuring scalability and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for production environments using quantization and distillation techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and observability in AI systems.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying and tuning LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) in production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
