Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement advanced Generative AI architectures, including LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-modal systems.
- Model Optimization: Continuously improve model performance, reducing inference latency while maximizing accuracy and hallucination reduction.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., diffusion models, reinforcement learning from human feedback) to integrate into our product suite.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of AI models in production.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy in all AI-driven features.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate business requirements into innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP, with a focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable, production-grade code.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
