Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological disruptions impacting industries 2024-2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in enterprise markets
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and industry trend briefings
- Identify partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Advise product teams on long-term feature development cycles
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record forecasting market trends (2018-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, blockchain, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
