Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 market impact potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating future technologies into product roadmaps and business models
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological foresight with organizational vision and investment priorities
- Produce compelling scenario analyses and trend reports that inform high-stakes decision-making
- Build and steward an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors across global innovation hubs
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops that challenge conventional thinking and spark innovation
- Monitor technological disruption vectors and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in technology forecasting or strategic innovation consulting at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in tech companies
