Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026, focusing on AI ethics, quantum applications, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, neurotech, and climate tech sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Oversee R&D grant applications and patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful tech roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
