Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions in simulated environments
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Author thought leadership on ethical tech adoption and societal impact
- Drive adoption of agile innovation frameworks across 15+ departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and systems modeling tools
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
