Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight framework
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech) for strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption scenarios
- Integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
