Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future market disruptions
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Lead innovation sprints focused on 2026+ technological applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
