As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with global R&D labs, startup incubators, and academic partners to identify emerging paradigms. You'll spearhead cross-functional projects that bridge theoretical research with commercial applications, ensuring our organization remains ahead of technological inflection points.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA initiatives
- Design ethical governance protocols for advanced AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Science
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech modeling
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio of at least 3 commercialized futuristic technologies
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
