Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state product visions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at premier innovation conferences
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate frontier technology investments
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI-driven decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating complex tech trends into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or patented innovations
