Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging paradigms in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future-of-work implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into roadmaps
- Establish FutureVision's thought leadership through keynote presentations and industry publications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation practitioners
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready product or service launches
