Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI ethics, biotech integration, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional sprints with robotics, blockchain, and neurotech teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author white papers and policy frameworks for emerging tech governance
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary Foresight Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized 5-year future-tech predictions
- Security clearance eligibility for high-stakes government projects
- Experience with quantum computing architectures and generative AI ethics frameworks
