Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead high-stakes innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Anticipate global disruptions (tech, climate, social) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Present visionary blueprints to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Mentor futurist interns and build internal foresight capabilities
- Pioneer ethical AI governance protocols for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing future-back roadmaps in tech or policy
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
