Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy aligning with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid innovation adoption across enterprise divisions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum systems, or biotechnology
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in scenario planning tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Horizon Scan Pro)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
