Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies impacting 2026 global markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient cities and autonomous economies
- Design ethical governance protocols for quantum AI systems and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Produce white papers and TED-style talks on human augmentation and digital sovereignty
- Mentor cross-functional teams in speculative design and long-term foresight methodologies
- Secure $2M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and EU Horizon Europe
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Social Science
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on at least two UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified innovation projects
