Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for existential risks and opportunities in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and AI governance frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate future-focused startups and M&A opportunities
- Pioneer research methodologies in anticipatory intelligence and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record developing future-proof strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology policy (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional designation
