Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and global partners
- Produce whitepapers and roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in regulated industries
- Manage portfolio of prototype projects with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Represent company at Davos-level summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists through Horizon's Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Track record of scaling pilot projects to enterprise solutions
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
