Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops using quantum computing simulations
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Coordinate with MIT and Stanford on biotechnology convergence research
- Present findings to global stakeholders at Davos-style summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and data scientists
- Secure $20M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 impact
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar journals
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Experience securing federal research grants ($10M+)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
