- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global disruptors to identify transformative opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Drive organizational adoption of future-focused methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Experience with AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) required
