Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities and threats in the 5-10 year horizon
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into current development pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through published research and industry conference presentations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that drove measurable growth
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools and predictive modeling for trend forecasting
