Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning Framework
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiosis models
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Partner with UN Global Compact on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' innovation summit
- Drive patent portfolio development for emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, bio, AI)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant coding languages (Python, Rust)
- Speaker credentials at TED or equivalent global forums
