Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions impacting our industry through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic scenario models for long-term organizational planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps
- Present compelling strategic narratives to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and thought leaders
- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks to monitor macroeconomic and sociotechnological shifts
- Author forward-looking thought leadership content and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments with demonstrable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
