- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into R&D pipelines
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and sustainable tech
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build a high-impact foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record in developing future-state frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight (white papers, books, patents)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from foresight.org) preferred
