Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present actionable strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on emerging tech impacts (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design and implement KPIs for long-term innovation pipeline success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (e.g., AC/SF)
