- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Experience with foresight software tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Trendalyzer)
