Responsibilities
- Architect and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum-integrated AI systems and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and ethicists to develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities in climate tech, neuro interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Drive innovation sprints using human-centered design methodologies to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term technology adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or climate engineering
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers

- Experience with ethical governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
