- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, modeling potential futures across industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future workforce evolution and digital transformation
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record in translating exponential tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-of-work or technology disruption topics
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
