- Build and maintain relationships with global innovation networks and thought leaders
- Drive organizational adaptation to emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Present compelling narratives to executive teams and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
