- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry disruption
- Manage stakeholder communications for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or MBA
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
