Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend intelligence systems scanning 200+ data sources for disruptive signals
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives to prepare for black swan events
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings translated into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio showcasing successful trend-to-strategy translation for complex organizations
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
