Responsibilities

- Develop long-range scenario plans and horizon-scanning frameworks

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing concepts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present findings to investors, board members, and industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech futures preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past foresight projects required
