Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their socioeconomic implications through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global forums (WEF, Davos, TechSummit) as a thought leader on emerging tech
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation and ethical tech development
- Partner with R&D teams to secure patents and IP for breakthrough 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis with published foresight methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, neural networks, and climate tech innovations
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience to Fortune 500 boards
- Track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products or services
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex systems thinking and multi-stakeholder engagement
