Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year vision timelines and implementation milestones
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pioneering breakthrough initiatives
- Present future scenarios to global audiences at Davos and industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or future studies (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 successful launches)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and technological forecasting
- Advanced degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers and innovators
