Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario modeling, trend analysis, and stakeholder workshops
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps for C-suite executives and product development teams
- Author seminal whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future of work, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Data Science, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policy frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
